Jacque Fresco explores the contradictions of the term and presents alternatives. He also covers the feasibility of ideas like participatory democracy. Jacque discusses the alternative concept of competent democracy. He goes into the differences between making decisions and arriving at decisions, and using the latter for social operation. Other aspects covered are individuality, freedom, futurism, and predictability.
